Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before processing begins, whichever comes first.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late Cancellation Requests
If your order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request cannot be approved. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your order.
